Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that, during peak seasons or promotional periods, slight delays may occur without notice. 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days, as do some worldwide orders with our new international facilities. Other international orders may take the standard 10-15+ business days, up to 30 days due to customs processes and factors beyond our control. Package Refusal

Should a package be refused for any reason, please note that a refund will not be given.

VAT/Import Tax

Some orders may qualify for VAT, but most do not. It's beyond our control and is the buyer's responsibility to pay if applicable.

Missing Package

If you suspect your package is missing, please:
